Kristina Lucia brings marketing experience of over 20 years to each project she coordinates and manages. 

Starting off her career in fashion she worked as a sales assistant where she began her training into logistics while gaining her first experience in account management when she was assigned her first sales account.  The next stepping stone came in her role as an executive assistant and project strategist in a property development firm where she became responsible for market research projects and was able to develop her sales skills further in shadowing executives on a daily basis.  Her big break came when she landed a job at Barclays where she became an associate project strategist.  It was in this role where she was able to expand her role in joining the planning team of the largest energy conference in the industry while also coordinating client experiences ranging from day trips to international trips and more.  

As an artist, Kristina brings her artistic abilities to curate experiences that fit each client and their brand.  It is important to her to learn what the client is looking for and why.  Artists are known for telling stories which an audience can respond and relate to in their own way and Kristina has created a portfolio that countless individuals have responded to in their own unique way.  Her portfolio is still growing.   

Her awareness of the balance between creativity and discipline is what makes Kristina Lucia so valuable.  She is able to propose ideas that are unique to each individual while also bringing the knowledge of the logistics to make a dream a reality.
